160 gm Tuna Steak
5 ml Dark Soy Sauce
10 gm Fresh Ginger (Finely Chopped)
10 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 each Lemon
1. For the BBQ, use dry coconut shells instead of charcoal. This adds a great flavor to the tuna.
2. Marinate tuna with the olive oil, soy & fresh ginger for 20 minutes, then grill for 2/3 minutes on each side until medium rare.
3. Leave to rest for about 3 – 5 minutes.
4. Serve with a fresh green salad
